Role Responsibilities:

In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of essential tasks, including welcoming patients, managing incoming calls, providing general information, facilitating patient check-in and check-out processes, and coordinating with both internal and external stakeholders. You will also handle appointment scheduling, manage referrals, and perform filing and other administrative duties as needed.

Key Duties Include:

  • Welcoming patients upon arrival.
  • Managing telephone inquiries and providing necessary information.
  • Overseeing patient check-in and check-out procedures.
  • Coordinating appointment scheduling and referral tracking.
  • Scanning and organizing documentation.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • High School diploma or equivalent is required.
  • At least one year of experience in a customer service role is preferred.
  • Familiarity with reception duties, clinic policies, and administrative paperwork.
