Job Summary

The Cashier is a key member of our team at Oak View Group, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.


Key Responsibilities
  • Cash Handling and Sales: Conduct cash register sales by entering orders and completing transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain stock and supply levels, and communicate with the Concessions Stand Manager to ensure timely restocking.
  • Customer Service: Listen and respond to customer requests or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work Environment: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including disposal of garbage and cleaning dishes.
  • Alcohol Service: Serve beverages to guests, including alcoholic beverages, while adhering to state and federal regulations regarding age verification.
  • Sanitation and Safety: Maintain sanitation, health, and safety standards in work areas.

Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Age: Must be 18 or over.
  • Experience: Three or more months' experience in the food service industry preferred.
  • Cash Handling: Previous cash handling experience preferred.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly, positive attitude with co-workers, managers, volunteers, and guests.
