We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Service Manager to join our team at Gecko Hospitality. As a Restaurant Service Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction through 100% table visitation and managing the front of the house operations with a focus on Service, Guest Focus, and Fun.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty
  • Manage the front of the house operations, including staff supervision and training
  • Work closely with the Kitchen Manager to ensure seamless communication and coordination between the front and back of the house
  • Develop and mentor staff to achieve their full potential
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year experience as a Service Manager in a high-volume restaurant
  • Extremely guest-oriented with the highest degree of honesty and integrity
  • True passion for the development and mentoring of others
