Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive health histories and physical examinations to assess patient needs
- Develop and implement individualized plans of care to address patient health concerns
- Order and interpret laboratory tests and diagnostic imaging studies as needed
- Collaborate with our medical staff to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions
- Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote healthy behaviors and disease management
- Current New York State RN license
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
- Master's Degree in Nursing preferred
- National certification as a Nurse Practitioner or active pursuit within one year
As a valued member of our team, you will enjoy a competitive salary range of $50.48-$60.10 per hour, based on experience, skills, and education.
