Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain an organized inventory of paint colors and their respective locations.
  • Procure paint and necessary supplies to ensure adequate stock levels.
  • Oversee and update the paint inventory regularly.
  • Coordinate and execute painting and wall repair projects, including surface preparation, drywall repair, and both interior and exterior finishes.
  • Collaborate with team members for room inspections and preparations for new residents.
  • Engage with contracted services and other departments as needed.
  • Keep project schedules for painting and wall repairs current.
  • Facilitate communication with contractors regarding scheduling and pricing.
  • Inform residents about entry details, estimates, and other relevant information.
  • Participate in training programs for Facility Services staff.
  • Adhere to infection control protocols within the Facility Services department.
  • Assist in maintaining Safety Data Sheets (SDS) for job-specific materials.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned while upholding Residents' Rights policies.
  • Comply with established policies and procedures, maintaining high standards of practice.
