Job Overview
The Vendor Stock Support Associate is tasked with managing all activities related to the influx of new merchandise from specific vendors. This role encompasses various vendor-specific operational responsibilities as required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prioritize customer satisfaction above all else.
  • Execute general shipment processing tasks in line with productivity standards and timelines, ensuring the sales floor is ready.
  • Organize merchandise by hanging or folding items and placing them on racks for display.
  • Assist the Omni Operations Manager with the relocation of fixtures and merchandise for new products, seasonal transitions, and clearance events.
  • Support the replenishment of stock on the sales floor.
  • Maintain an organized and clean stockroom environment.
  • Handle damaged goods, transfers, and returns to vendors.
  • Uphold high standards of customer readiness by ensuring a tidy and accessible store environment.
  • Adhere to shortage prevention protocols related to receiving functions.
  • Follow all safety and security policies and procedures.
  • Execute shortage prevention initiatives effectively.
  • Perform additional vendor-specific tasks as necessary.
  • Complete other assigned duties as required.
  • Demonstrate regular, reliable attendance and punctuality.
Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • At least 1 year of experience in merchandising or retail.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively convey information to customers, peers, and management.
  • Basic mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
  • Proficient in using a calculator.
  • Self-motivated, capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team, with strong time management abilities.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to follow through on tasks in a timely manner.
  • Comfortable using RF equipment.
  • Flexible scheduling availability for retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Physical Requirements
  • This role involves significant lifting and constant movement, requiring the ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Must be able to lift a minimum of 30 lbs.
  • May require bending, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders.
  • Ability to reach above eye level is necessary.
  • Involves close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
