The Accounting Specialist must demonstrate precision, effectiveness, and a solid understanding of financial transactions, including debits, credits, the chart of accounts, accounts payable processes, accounts receivable management, sales, payroll, and fundamental accounting principles.

Prior experience in accounting is essential, and familiarity with software such as QuickBooks and Concur is advantageous.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Processing corporate deposits for various entities, including ACH transactions, credit card payments, and checks.
  • Conducting monthly billing cycles and generating invoices.
  • Managing both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions.
  • Maintaining precise ledger records for multiple entities.
  • Reconciling bank statements to ensure accuracy.
  • Producing basic financial reports as needed.

The ideal candidate will be able to generate, interpret, and apply essential accounting data and reports effectively.
