About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated Occupational Therapist who can make a difference in the lives of students with motor and sensory needs. The ideal candidate will have experience in school-based settings and be passionate about creating tailored interventions that enhance each student's ability to participate and thrive in the classroom.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify individualized support plans addressing motor, sensory, and developmental needs.
  • Provide direct therapy services in a school-based setting, targeting specific sensory and motor goals.
  • Collaborate with school teams, including teachers and other therapists, to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Document student progress, modify interventions as necessary, and maintain open communication with families and staff.
Qualifications
  • Washington state OT licensure required.
  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy preferred.
  • Experience in school-based settings or new grads welcomed to apply.
  • Proficiency in working with motor and sensory needs for students in elementary and intermediate grades.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with school teams.

Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
