About the Job
This is a full-time position requiring a high level of dedication and commitment to delivering quality services to our clients.
You will be responsible for providing support and guidance to clients, as well as collaborating with community partners to ensure coordinated care.
Your expertise in trauma-informed practices and client-centered approaches will be invaluable in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing support and guidance to clients, including intake, assessment, case management, crisis intervention, and safety planning.
- Collaborating with community partners to ensure coordinated care and address client needs.
- Maintaining accurate and confidential records, as well as participating in quality assurance processes.
- Recruiting, selecting, and evaluating staff, as well as providing primary supervision and direction.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent experience is required. A degree in social work or a related field is preferred.
- You should have experience working with victims or in human services, with a strong understanding of trauma and victimization.
- Spanish-speaking skills are an asset, but not mandatory.
Salary Range
$55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
Working Conditions
- This is a light work position, requiring occasional lifting and ability to stand, walk, and reach.
- You will need to have access to reliable transportation to meet job requirements.
- Occasional work outside of regular hours may be required due to the agency's 24/7 service provision.
