As a Social Worker MSW, you will provide comprehensive biopsychosocial/spiritual assessment, diagnosis, and treatment/interventions/advocacy of patients and their support systems. You will collaborate with the patient and support system(s) to develop and implement evidence-informed person-centered care plans across the care continuum in collaboration with the Inter/Multi-Disciplinary Team (IDT).

About the Role

This part-time, evening shift position requires working Friday and Saturday, from 3:00pm-3:00am. You will work closely with the Inter/Multi-Disciplinary Team (IDT) to develop and implement evidence-informed person-centered care plans.

Requirements

  • Master’s Degree in Social Work
  • Oregon Clinical Social Work Associate License within 60 days of hire

Estimated salary range: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.


Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
