About the Role

Cox Communications is seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for creating exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth in our retail locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Explain and demonstrate product capabilities to customers, offering personalized solutions to meet their needs.
  • Meet or exceed sales, retention, and customer experience targets, consistently delivering high-quality service.
  • Assist with store opening and closing procedures, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Participate in workshops, special events, and product demos to stay up-to-date on Cox products and services.
  • Support fellow sales agents and contribute to a positive team environment.
  • Continuously expand knowledge of Cox products and services, as well as competitor offerings, through regular training and development opportunities.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with up to 2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Fluency in Spanish, both written and spoken.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and adapt to a diverse customer base.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
  • Computer literacy and aptitude for learning communication products and services.
