About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced PeopleSoft Tech Support Analyst to join our Hosting Services WM USA team in Nashville, TN. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring production stability and availability for key operational business processes.

Your primary focus will be on handling incident escalation and management, performing problem management on production issues, and conducting deep-dive post-mortems to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.

You will also be responsible for driving process improvement initiatives, acting as a coach for junior members of the team, and creating and maintaining written procedures for audit or management review.

You will be working in a dynamic and collaborative environment with a team of experienced professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Our team is aligned to Banking WM USA business, where we focus on building trusted relationships with our clients and delivering insightful, informed advice to help them achieve their goals.

About You

We are looking for a strong communicator with excellent technical skills, including experience with PeopleSoft, UNIX, JAVA, databases, and tools. You should have a proven track record of collaborating in matrix environments, in-depth knowledge of incident and problem management practices, and solid technical and presentation skills.

You should also be highly refined and professional in verbal and written communications, with experience of managing relationships with vendors and other stakeholders. Additionally, you should be ITIL qualified and proficient in using Service Now, with experience of monitoring tools like AppDynamics and Splunk.

We are looking for someone who is highly committed, resilient, and outcome-focused, with a results-oriented approach and the ability to set priorities. You should be able to support multiple and complex projects at any given time, and be flexible, adaptable, and pragmatic with an ability to stay focused on objectives.
