Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Legal Support Services Manager to join our team as part of our national Support Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving innovation and streamlining administrative operations within the Support Team, implementing process improvements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to define special project requirements, objectives, and success criteria.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with stakeholders to implement process improvements that streamline workflows, reduce waste, and improve efficiency
  • Lead and manage projects that focus on the integration of legal tech tools, AI, and automation to optimize operations
  • Maintain accurate documentation of processes and improvement initiatives
  • Oversee the flow of work within the Support Team, ensuring priorities are set, deadlines are met, and resources are efficiently utilized

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree (or commensurate work experience)
  • At least 5-7 years' experience working in the legal industry
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and effectively with diverse teams

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is between $98,000 and $129,000 per year, depending on qualifications, experience, and location.
