Job Description

We're seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Financial Solutions Expert to join our team at Procore Technologies. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in expanding our enterprise customers' use of our financial products and ensuring they derive maximum value from them.

In this role, you will serve as the product champion for all of Procore's financial products, including Project Financials, Accounting Integrations, Invoice Management, and Pay. You will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support to our customers, helping them to understand the business benefits of our financial solutions and how to maximize their use.

As a successful Enterprise Financial Solutions Expert, you will work closely with our sales, customer engineering, and product teams to identify and pursue cross-sell opportunities within our existing enterprise customer base. You will also partner with our account management teams to develop and execute account strategies that drive customer adoption and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Function as the Financial Management Subject Matter Expert for the account management teams you align with.
  • Close cross-sell deals with existing customers to add Financial Management products to their contracts.
  • Partner with primary Account Manager and CSE on account strategy and product enablement to effectively position and sell our Financial Management product suite.
  • Work collaboratively with the Account Manager and Customer Success Engineer to drive product adoption and churn mitigation opportunities.
  • Provide periodic updates to our customers on product capabilities, benefits, and use cases.
  • Provide visibility into Financial Management performance, forecasts, and attach rates to help sales leadership build a plan for their ARR targets.
  • Pursue and increase knowledge of key competitors to ensure our value proposition is effectively communicated to customers.
  • Up to 50% travel to client sites, industry events, and other Procore offices.

Requirements:

  • BA/BS or equivalent experience preferred.
  • 8+ years of demonstrated successful software sales, preferably B2B.
  • Experience using a consultative, solution-based sales methodology desired.
  • Proven record of success in an inside sales and/or outside sales-based selling model.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively via telephone and email with customers.
  • Capacity to work in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Ability to develop trusted relationships.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and online collaboration tools.
  • Experience selling technical products in the past.
  • Experience selling construction products and/or financial or fintech products highly preferred.
  • Experience with CRM and opportunity management systems, preferably.
  • Proven ability to develop and manage pipeline and forecasting.

Compensation and Benefits:

Base Pay Range $112,320 - $154,440 plus commission for an estimated on-target earnings of $187,200 - $257,400. This role is also eligible for Equity Compensation. Procore is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation, and has provided an estimated pay range for this role. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate's job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location.
