**Performance Expectations:**

  • Demonstrate expertise in floor care techniques, including stripping, waxing, and buffing.
  • Properly use chemicals and equipment to ensure a safe and healthy environment.
  • Shampoo and extract carpeted areas to meet high standards of cleanliness.
  • Maintain equipment in good working condition to prevent downtime and ensure efficient operations.
  • Move furniture and equipment safely and efficiently to facilitate cleaning and maintenance tasks.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and visitors to provide excellent customer service.

**Qualifications:**

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • One year of previous work experience required, preferably in housekeeping or a healthcare setting.
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks, accept disrupting work flow, take verbal/written instructions, and follow them precisely.
  • Demonstrate cooperativeness, good judgment, initiative, and ability to relate well to other people.
  • Work without close supervision and possess good verbal/written communication skills.
