We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU) team at Fairview Health Services. As a CVICU RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to critically ill patients with complex medical conditions.
Key Responsibilities- Assess patient needs and develop individualized nursing plans of care
- Implement evidence-based interventions to achieve desirable patient outcomes
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate care and delegate responsibilities
- Monitor patient response to interventions and adjust care plans as needed
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
- Current RN licensure in the state of Minnesota
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ASN) or higher
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association
- Preferred qualifications include BSN or higher, certification in a related specialty, and experience in adult critical care
