Job Title: Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Goodwill Industries of NCPA. As a Sales Associate, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service, promoting our products, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.
  • Display and merchandise products in an attractive and appealing manner.
  • Assist customers in finding products, answering questions, and resolving issues.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card sales, and returns.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to Goodwill's standards.
  • Participate in visual merchandising, including creating displays and arranging products.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and support store operations.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit card transactions.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
