Housekeeping Attendants are essential in maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of guest accommodations, corridors, and communal spaces within the hotel. They are responsible for the daily upkeep of guest rooms, replenishing supplies, and upholding company standards while adhering to safety and security protocols.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with guests and fellow staff in a courteous, service-focused manner.
  • Maintain regular attendance in accordance with hotel policies.
  • Exhibit high standards of personal hygiene and appearance.
  • Comply with all safety and operational guidelines.
  • Thoroughly clean and restock assigned guest rooms during each shift.
  • Prepare housekeeping carts with necessary supplies and linens.
  • Remove trash and soiled linens from guest rooms.
  • Ensure that hallways, public areas, and storage closets are tidy and well-organized.
  • Organize housekeeping carts for the following day.
  • Respect guest privacy while performing cleaning duties.
  • Promptly report any missing items or maintenance concerns.
  • Manage lost and found items in accordance with established procedures.
Requirements:
  • A High School diploma or relevant experience in the hospitality industry is preferred.
