About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Bilingual Dental Assistant to join our team. This exciting opportunity is for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and supporting our doctors in their daily work.

Job Description

This role involves working closely with patients, parents, and our clinical teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination of treatment plans. As a key member of our dental team, you will be responsible for providing clear and concise documentation of all treatments rendered using electronic and paper dental records and forms.

You will also be required to maintain awareness of comfort and safety needs of patients, recognize and identify prior authorization requirements, and ensure signed consent forms are obtained.

Other responsibilities include performing general housekeeping and restocking as needed, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this role is $48,000 - $60,000, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including flexible health insurance options, an Employee Assistance Program, paid time off, and holiday pay. You will also have access to industry-leading 401K retirement plan with matching company contributions.

Requirements
  • Licensed as a Registered Dental Assistant or Certified Dental Assistant
  • 1+ years of Dental Assisting experience preferred
  • Exceptional customer service skills and computer literacy
  • Ability to work independently and anticipate the needs of the team and doctor
