Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as paid time off and holidays.

Job Description

As a Resident Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing training and supervision to residents in various activities of daily living, including self-help, communication, and leisure activities. You will also provide direct assistance with daily self-care needs, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.

You will maintain relationships and open communications with all service providers, accompany and transport residents on shopping and recreation trips, and provide instruction and assistance as needed. Additionally, you may be required to administer medications as prescribed by a physician and attend to routine health care needs of residents.

You will work closely with the Residence Manager to maintain the residence and ensure that residents receive the highest level of care.
