Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CDL driver to join our team at Waste Pro. As a Residential Driver, you will be responsible for operating a refuse collection vehicle on pre-assigned routes to collect garbage, yard waste, and recycling. You will also be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring that all waste is collected and disposed of in a safe and environmentally responsible manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a refuse collection vehicle on pre-assigned routes to collect garbage, yard waste, and recycling
  • Provide excellent customer service to residents and businesses
  • Ensure that all waste is collected and disposed of in a safe and environmentally responsible manner
  • Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements
  • Class A or B CDL valid for the state in which the position works
  • At least 21 years of age
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and push/pull independently 800-1000 times a day
  • Ability to work in extreme weather conditions
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and coworkers
Work Environment

As a Residential Driver, you will work in a variety of environments, including residential neighborhoods, commercial areas, and industrial sites. You will be exposed to extreme temperatures, weather conditions, and physical demands of the job.
