We're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Nurse Practitioner Training and Development Professional to join our team.

This role is responsible for providing exceptional training and development opportunities to our nursing staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for nursing staff
  • Conduct regular evaluations to assess staff performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in nursing leadership or education
