PICU Team Lead

As a PICU Clinical Coordinator at Las Palmas Medical Center, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest level of patient care. Your responsibilities will include supervising daily activities, coordinating team efforts, and developing educational programs to enhance staff knowledge.
Key Responsibilities- SUPERVISE DAILY ACTIVITIES OF THE UNIT AND STAFF TO ASSURE QUALITY PATIENT CARE
- COORDINATE EFFORTS OF THE STAFF IN ORDER TO MEET THE NEEDS OF THE PATIENTS AND CUSTOMERS
- DEVELOP EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS TO ENHANCE THE STAFF'S KNOWLEDGE OF CURRENT TRENDS IN NURSING
- Texas or Compact State Nursing License – RN required
- BCLS Certification
- NRP Certification
- ACLS Certification
- PALS
- C-NPT within two years of hire
- TNCC & ENPC within one year of hire
