Role Overview
Action Behavior Centers is a leading provider of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) treatment services. We are seeking an experienced BCBA Clinical Director to lead our clinical operations and team in Apex, NC.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, experience working with ASD clients, and a passion for delivering high-quality care. As a BCBA Clinical Director, you will oversee clinical operations, lead a team of BCBAs and RBTs, and ensure the delivery of exceptional patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversight of clinical operations, including mentoring staff, managing caseloads, and ensuring compliance with quality standards.
- Leadership of a team of BCBAs and RBTs, promoting collaboration, open communication, and a culture of excellence.
- Development and implementation of individualized treatment plans, utilizing evidence-based practices and continuous assessment.
- Regular data collection and analysis to inform treatment decisions and drive improved outcomes.
- Frequent communication with families, caregivers, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Maintenance of accurate records, adherence to regulatory requirements, and participation in quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a BCBA, preferably in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of Autism Spectrum Disorder, ABA principles, and evidence-based interventions.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing competing demands.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development, staying current with best practices and research in the field.
