Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform cleaning duties in various areas including the resort office, clubhouse, and public spaces, ensuring they are presentable and welcoming.
  • Thoroughly clean cabins and rental units to prepare for incoming guests, adhering to our high standards of cleanliness.
  • Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishments as necessary.
  • Report maintenance issues in common areas and rental properties to the appropriate management personnel.
  • Collaborate with maintenance and other staff to support overall resort operations.
  • Assist in cleaning up after resort-sponsored events and activities.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and a positive attitude.
  • Occasionally operate a motorized vehicle for errands and supply pickups.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a housekeeping or cleaning role.
  • Familiarity with cleaning products and supplies.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Willingness to work weekends and holidays as required.
