About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to lead the development and management of our product range of electrical components and onboard systems for service vehicles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement product strategies to drive the growth of our electrical component and onboard systems product range
  • Define detailed product requirements and drive the development of prototypes to meet customer needs
  • Conduct market analysis and competitive comparisons to inform pricing and product positioning strategies
  • Create project timelines, determine project scope, and prioritize activities to drive revenue and customer development
  • Support sales and purchasing teams with technical expertise and assist in supplier selection
  • Conduct product trainings to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
Requirements
  • Hold a degree in business engineering, electrical engineering, or mechatronics, or a comparable qualification
  • Have at least five years of professional experience in product management, ideally in the automotive industry
  • Speak fluent German (C1+) and English (B2+)
  • Enjoy working in a team and have a proactive, solution-oriented, and assertive work style
