Job Title: Product Merchandising Director

Join Cole Haan as a Product Merchandising Director and drive the women's footwear category to achieve and exceed company revenue and category performance objectives. As a key member of the Product Merchandising team, you will be responsible for creating and executing a seasonal product strategy that aligns with the company's mission and brand direction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create a comprehensive line plan that includes product strategy, tier, and zone alignment.
  • Analyze selling reports to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the product market and Cole Haan's unique offerings.
  • Identify white space opportunities and brief product to fill.
  • Generate ad hoc reports to inform line planning and product life cycle management.
  • Partner with the manager to create compelling, balanced collections across categories.
  • Establish target pricing and work with production and costing teams to achieve product category IMU targets.
  • Manage line via PLM system and ensure data integrity.
  • Drive the creation of documents and tools for adoption and global sales meetings.
  • Communicate changes to cross-functional team members and provide assortment information to global marketing teams.
  • Lead MOQ calls and identify opportunities to streamline and create efficiencies.
  • Stay up-to-date on competition and trends, identifying new opportunities for Cole Haan.
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of experience in Merchandising or Product Management in Women's Dress, casual/sport lifestyle footwear.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint, and PLM.
  • Previous experience in SAP and MIRO.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities.
  • Entrepreneurial, positive working style.
