Revenue Growth Specialist

Hudl values teamwork and believes that working with talented individuals drives our success. As an Account Executive, you will contribute to growing our business by developing new revenue streams and expanding existing accounts. Your primary focus will be on the US and Canadian clubs and high schools, where you will work closely with athletic directors, club directors, and coaches to ensure their needs are met.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Sales Cycle Ownership: You will be responsible for owning a sales cycle, collaborating with prospects to understand their needs and develop solutions to meet them.
- Closing Sales: You will close sales through phone calls and online product demos, with a focus on making as many calls and demos as possible to drive results.
- Sports Knowledge: A strong understanding of sports is essential for this role, although prior experience as an athlete, coach, or administrator is not required.
We pair our Account Executives with Customer Success Managers to ensure we're growing across all sports, product verticals, and locations, while also supporting our customers' journeys with Hudl.
Requirements:- Experience: You must have at least two years of business-to-business sales experience, with a proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Motivation: You should be highly motivated, always striving to improve and beat your own records.
- Organizational Skills: You will need to be organized, mapping out your days and weeks to contact prospects and manage your territory effectively.
The estimated annual salary for this role is approximately $70,000-$90,000 USD, based on individual performance against defined sales quotas.
