Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing energy storage projects and managing project teams, with a focus on prospecting, negotiating, and securing site control, landowner relationships, and permits.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect and research target areas for energy storage projects
  • Negotiate and secure site control, landowner relationships, and permits
  • Manage project teams, working independently and with outside parties
  • Identify and resolve title issues, and support business development in securing project-level revenue
  • Monitor and participate in regulatory and legislative policy initiatives
Requirements:
  • 4-year university degree, BS or BA
  • 1-2 years of experience preferred; exceptional entry-level candidates will be considered
  • Proficiency with Microsoft products, project management software, and GIS
  • Ability to communicate across a broad spectrum of technical understanding
  • Public speaking, development risk identification, and assessment
