About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Defined Benefits Client Service Manager to join our team. As a key member of our pension administration team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and support to our clients with defined benefit plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client relationships and provide expert advice on defined benefit plan administration.
  • Develop and implement project plans to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services to clients.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination of client projects.
  • Provide training and support to colleagues on defined benefit plan administration and client service best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes and industry developments to ensure compliance and expertise.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in pension administration, with a focus on defined benefit plans.
  • Proven project management and client consulting skills, with the ability to lead and motivate teams.
  • Strong knowledge of pension administration rules and regulations, with the ability to communicate complex information to clients.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
