We are seeking a highly skilled Dental Technician/Dental Model Maker to join our team at Dental Metrics Maven. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for creating high-quality dental models using PTC methods and company guidelines.
Key Responsibilities- Model Preparation: Prepare impressions, pour models, separate models, and pour contacts, utilizing PTC methods and company quality and work guidelines.
- Quality Control: Inspect work entering and departing the lab to ensure all quality standards and client requests are being met.
- Continuous Improvement: Improve quality results through continued education and implementing positive changes as necessary.
- Meet Daily Targets: Meet daily target using multiple pouring techniques.
- Produce PTC Designs: Produce all PTC designs using PTC methods.
- Assist in Continuous Improvement: Assist in continuous improvement in productivity and quality of product.
- Team Collaboration: Serve as a critical team member, interacting with others and communicating issues or defects directly to Operations Manager.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Proven experience in a similar position.
- Skills: Excellent organization and communication skills.
- Training: OSHA training will be required.
- PTC Knowledge: Knowledge of PTC methods.
- Computer Skills: Computer experience, including Microsoft Office products.
