Crown & Bridge Technician

Join Dental Metrics Maven as a skilled Crown & Bridge Technician and contribute to the creation of high-quality dental appliances. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for making and repairing dental appliances with a focus on quality, precision, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and execute detailed prescriptions from dentists to ensure accurate and timely completion of dental appliances.
  • Inspect all work entering and leaving the lab to guarantee adherence to quality standards and client requirements.
  • Collaborate with the department manager to address any defects or issues related to quality specifications and client requests.
  • Utilize PTC methods and company quality and work instructions to maintain exceptional standards.
Daily and Monthly Expectations:
  • Meet daily production targets while maintaining high-quality work.
  • Verify the accuracy and completion of dental appliances.
  • Work closely with internal clients to understand their needs and ensure all requirements are met.
  • Cast, burn, and finish dental appliances to precise specifications.
  • Polish and prepare dental appliances for final inspection.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Experience in a similar field with a focus on dental anatomy and hand-eye coordination.
  • Knowledge of PTC methods and procedures.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining quality work.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of dental anatomy and restorative techniques.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
