Role Overview
In this position, you will operate under general supervision, benefiting from guidance and mentorship, while engaging with state-of-the-art security solutions across Liberty Mutual's data centers and cloud infrastructures. Your primary responsibilities will include the design, implementation, and oversight of the organization's security framework.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate secure application development initiatives through innovation and automation
- Collaborate with software developers to create secure applications
- Oversee, develop, and maintain global security solutions
- Manage security incidents, service delivery, and technical security inquiries
- Lead security initiatives and support operational security
- Provide expert cybersecurity consultation services
- Identify and implement improvements in business processes
- Exhibit proficiency in cybersecurity technologies and IT principles
- Demonstrate leadership capabilities in agile work settings
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant technical field
- 8+ years of relevant professional experience
- Preferred certifications in cybersecurity and/or technology
- Security+ or equivalent certification is mandatory
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity technologies and methodologies
- Excellent negotiation and communication abilities
- Expertise in agile work environments
