The ideal candidate will be a passionate and experienced training professional with strong leadership skills, dedicated to working with young athletes aged 8 to 18. They should possess a compelling personal journey that resonates with athletes and their families, showcasing a background in NCAA or professional sports.

This individual will have a diverse training background, supported by relevant certifications and educational credentials, and will thrive in building relationships with athletes of varying skill levels, as well as their parents and coaches.
