Key Responsibilities
  • Under the guidance of the Production Supervisor, set up and operate automated assembly machines to meet production flow requirements.
  • Manage material handling, Epicor, and process paperwork to maintain a seamless production process.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to company standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with the production team to perform assembly duties according to written or oral work instructions.
  • Provide manual support to production activities related to assembly, material transactions, inspection, and packaging of finished goods.
Requirements
  • Physical Requirements:
    • Lift packages up to 50 pounds.
    • Bend or stoop as needed.
    • Walk long distances repeatedly throughout the day.
    • Stand/Walk for 8+ hours per day.
    • Climb step stools/small ladders.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-year related work experience preferred.
  • Basic Computer Skills, including data entry and general knowledge.
  • Operate basic hand tools, such as air drivers and wrenches.
  • Ability to follow written and oral instructions.
  • Strong reading and math skills.
  • Able to work independently and as a member of a team.
