Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Master Control Operator to join our team at Insight Global. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and quality of our broadcast channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Validate playout functionality in a non-production environment
  • Maintain and manipulate broadcast automation playlists
  • Execute program/commercial/marketing changes and support live-event and contingency workflows
  • Collaborate with Operation Supervisors to promptly recover from any on-air discrepancies
Requirements
  • A high school diploma and relevant certification or associate degree in Media or Communications
  • 5 years of experience as a Master Control operator in a production environment
  • A solid understanding of television production, broadcast operations, and/or news/sports/entertainment technical production requirements
  • Unrestricted employment authorization to work in the United States
