  • Proven ability to engage with key stakeholders to assess needs and communicate capabilities.
  • Experience in collaborative environments, contributing to integrated teams.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify business development opportunities.
  • Secret security clearance is required.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with OPNAV policies and budget management.
  • Background in submarine construction and operational maintenance.
  • Knowledge of Defense Industrial Base challenges.
  • Exceptional communication and writing skills.
  • TS/SCI clearance is a plus.
  • Master's degree in a relevant discipline.
