Responsibilities:

  • Lead installation teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Collaborate with project managers to plan and execute projects.
  • Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure high-quality results.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in carpentry, painting, and cabinetmaking.
  • Proven leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
