Woodworking Specialist

Fritz Staffing Group is seeking a highly skilled Carpenter to join our team. Located in Gloucester, Cumberland, Salem, and Camden County, NJ, we specialize in General Contracting, Outdoor Improvement, and Property Maintenance.

Salary: $20 - $30 per hour (dependent on interview)

We are looking for an experienced Carpenter who can work efficiently, accurately, and in accordance with safety standards. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in installing drywall, framing new rooms, installing cabinets, remodeling existing spaces, and installing trim and crown molding.

Responsibilities:

• Ability to read blueprints and install structures and fixtures, such as windows.
• Install Drywall and Finish surfaces using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Frame new rooms and structures, ensuring precise measurements and adherence to building codes.
• Install cabinets, trim, and other woodwork according to project specifications.
• Collaborate with team members to complete remodeling projects within specified timelines.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Follow safety protocols and regulations at all times.

The successful candidate will have:

• Proven experience as a Carpenter in residential or commercial construction.
• Proficiency in installing drywall, framing, cabinetry installation, and remodeling.
• Ability to interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• OSHA certification is a plus.
