Volt is actively seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Specialist to enhance our team.


As a Quality Assurance Specialist, your responsibilities will include:
- Monitoring the quality of both incoming and outgoing materials
- Conducting visual inspections of finished components
- Evaluating pre-production items, precision machined metal components, and final outputs
- Adhering to blueprints, technical specifications, and manuals to ensure compliance
- Documenting findings and maintaining up-to-date reports
- Communicating inspection results and providing corrective recommendations
- Performing additional tasks as assigned.

This position is a full-time temp-to-hire opportunity.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Proficient computer skills with prior experience in the metal industry
- Strong problem-solving abilities and strategies for enhancing product quality
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 1st Shift, 7 AM to 3:30 PM

Compensation:
$20.00 per hour

*Compensation will be determined based on various factors, including education, experience, job location, specific duties, and certifications.
