- Changing bed linens for both occupied and unoccupied beds, ensuring a clean and comfortable environment.
- Maintaining cleanliness of patient areas, including overhead tables and snack stations.
- Administering evening care routines, such as back rubs and general support as needed.
- Providing general nursing support, including patient positioning, transfers, and ambulation.
- Responding promptly to call lights and anticipating patient needs through regular rounds.
- Performing basic medical procedures, such as glucose monitoring, within the scope of practice.
- Reporting any patient complaints or changes in condition to licensed personnel immediately.
- Ensuring patient safety and adhering to Universal Precautions and established policies.
Qualifications
Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
