Job Summary:

The Deputy Program Manager plays a crucial role in the success of the Diplomatic Platform Support Services (DiPSS) program, working in support of the Department of State to provide medical support services. This position requires a strong leader who can coordinate with Program Management and Business Development teams to develop licensing strategies for major international program pursuits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and approve task planning on several large projects or product lines, ensuring resource requirements and effort estimates are accurate.

• Establish direction for functional teams and direct reports across a suite of projects, balancing product line priorities and customer expectations with internal business goals.

• Responsible for project data integration, tracking financials, quality levels, and implementing corrective actions based on variance and critical path analysis for the entire product line.

• Participate in business planning efforts and approve results, ensuring the program's financial success while meeting customer needs per agreed commitments.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Sciences, or a related field, with at least 8 years of related experience. Advanced degrees (M.S. / MBA) are preferred.

• Extensive Program Management experience and increasing leadership responsibility, with a preference for cross-functional and business experiences.

• In lieu of formal education, 15 years of related experience may be considered.

• Must be medically fit and willing to travel CONUS and OCONUS, with the ability to lift 50lbs and possess a valid U.S. Driver's License.

• Must be a U.S. Citizen with a current passport book (not passport card) and at least 13 months of remaining validity, along with 6 blank visa/stamp pages remaining.

• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently, and meet CENTCOM MOD (Fit for Duty) theater requirements.
