About the Role

This is a paid internship with a competitive salary of $22,000 - $28,000 per year, depending on experience. As a Manufacturing Engineer Intern, you will be responsible for working closely with the operations team to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions. Your tasks may include analyzing data, participating in kaizens, and supporting productivity improvement projects in the plant.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness in our operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address operational challenges.
  • Conduct root cause analyses to identify and resolve process issues.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have a strong foundation in operations management or a related field, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. You should also be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and have a positive, can-do attitude.
