Position Overview:

  • Extensive knowledge and practical experience with Salesforce platform, particularly in Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
  • Strong background in Salesforce Administration tasks (Salesforce Admin Certifications are advantageous).
  • Experience in developing CRM workflows and tailored solutions to meet business needs (Salesforce certifications are beneficial).
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce capabilities and limitations for custom application development.
  • Proficient in Apex programming, Visualforce pages, Flexi Pages, Apex triggers, and Lightning Web Components.
  • Experience in implementing solutions using no-code configurations such as Flows, Process Builders, and Workflow Rules.
  • Collaborate with technical managers, architects, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and guide the team in implementing technical solutions.
  • Hands-on experience integrating Salesforce with both cloud-based and on-premises applications using standard and custom REST APIs.
  • Experience in data mapping, data migration, SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce Object DML operations.
  • Proficient in integrating Salesforce CRM applications with other downstream and upstream systems.
  • Solid experience in core web technologies, including HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery, and web services (REST, JSON, XML).
  • Hands-on experience implementing various authentication protocols (OAuth) for third-party application integration.
  • Successful implementation of Batch Apex and/or Scheduled Apex development.
  • Ownership of all technical aspects of a program, including data migrations, data quality, systems integrations, third-party applications, AppExchange products, and custom development.
  • Define, communicate, and manage technical change management processes for all Salesforce technology initiatives.
  • Evaluate architecture and provide secure, high-performance technical solutions on the Salesforce platform.
  • Design and document technical architecture solutions that span multiple platforms, including integration and authentication across systems.
  • Support SFDX development, branch management, merging, and code deployment activities using Azure DevOps CI/CD processes.
  • Identify risks and issues from a technical standpoint.
  • The ideal candidate will be a self-driven individual capable of thriving in dynamic environments and meeting deadlines.

Required Skills:

  • Minimum of 9 years of experience utilizing the platform's out-of-the-box functionalities and customizing applications through Apex coding or configurations.
  • At least 5 years of programming experience with Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, Apex, HTML5, and JavaScript within the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience with Service Cloud or Government Cloud.
  • At least 4 years of experience with Apex API Integration.
  • Familiarity with data migration, Salesforce Object Query Language (SOQL), Salesforce Object Search Language (SOSL), Data Loader, and Salesforce Object DML operations.
  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer Certification is a plus.
  • Additional experience with governmental processes and compliance procedures is advantageous.
