Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; 1 year or more of retail, customer service, or hospitality experience preferred
  • Strong passion for coffee, sustainability, and customer service
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and opening/closing shifts
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
