Job Summary
As a key member of the Emcor Inc team, the successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating effective communication between corporate management, employees, and other departments. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Process incoming personnel forms according to established procedures, ensuring completeness and accuracy of documents.
- Provide exceptional customer service by professionally handling incoming calls and disseminating information to stakeholders.
- Assist in preparing and distributing documentation to clients and management, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
- Perform additional tasks as directed by the supervisor to support the team's goals and objectives.
