Position Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Internal Auditor to enhance our auditing capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Report directly to the Corporate Compliance & Internal Audit Manager.
  • Assist in the strategic planning and execution of audits, including Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) and non-SOX evaluations.
  • Review the documentation and testing processes conducted by Internal Auditors related to SOX compliance.
  • Contribute to the drafting of audit findings and associated action plans.
  • Conduct formal audits throughout the audit cycle.
  • Engage in performance evaluations for Internal Auditors.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 15% of the time.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree with a focus on financial management and audit training.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in internal or external auditing.
  • Possession or pursuit of CPA, CIA, or CISA certification.
  • Comprehensive understanding of internal auditing principles and methodologies.
  • Exceptional organizational and documentation skills.
  • Ability to follow directives and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Familiarity with SOX and the COSO 2013 Framework.
  • Strong interviewing and analytical skills.
  • Quick learner with proficient research capabilities.
  • Experience with auditing tools such as AuditBoard, SAP, Oracle Financial, and others.
  • Awareness of operational, financial, and regulatory risks.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
