About the Role
Sampson Regional Medical Center is seeking a skilled Certified Respiratory Care Specialist to join our esteemed Cardiopulmonary team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with physicians to deliver high-quality respiratory care services.
- Operate advanced cardiopulmonary equipment to diagnose and treat patients with respiratory and cardiac conditions.
Requirements:
- National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC) Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification.
- American Medical Association (AMA) approved Respiratory Care Technology Program graduate.
- Maintain current Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certifications.
- Hold a valid Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) license in North Carolina.
- Prior experience as a respiratory therapist is preferred but not required.
Compensation and Benefits:
- The estimated salary for this position ranges from $64,500 to $82,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
