Job Description:We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven individual to fill the role of Gym Director at The Little Gym of Pittsburgh - North Hills. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing daily operations, and promoting our unique enrichment programs. This opportunity offers a rewarding compensation package and the chance to make a meaningful impact in your community.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all members and guests.
  • Oversee the daily operations of our facility, including staff supervision and training.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract new customers.
  • Maintain a clean and organized facility, adhering to safety standards.
  • Promote The Little Gym program to new customers and partners.

Salary and Benefits:
  • A salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
  • $1000 sign-on bonus after 90 days.
  • Bonus opportunities based on performance.
