Hardware Reliability Specialist

- Develop and lead the reliability process for OISL hardware systems
- Drive critical component identification and associated vendor selection and qualification requirements
- Collaborate with subsystem teams and Kuiper reliability team to ensure reliability objectives are met
- Provide technical input and guidance on designs, and support detailed analysis and test capabilities as needed
Requirements:
- Advanced degree (MS/PhD) in Reliability Engineering, Physics or related fields, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in failure analysis activities and root cause analysis, and accelerated life testing (ALT, HALT/HASS)
- Experience with FMEA/FMECA, fault tree analysis, reliability block diagrams, and Monte Carlo simulation techniques
- Proficiency in Python and other programming languages such as Ansys Mechanical and Sherlock Automated Design Analysis
